Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Georgia to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Dacula, GA. You must be independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and available for 15+ sessions weekly with 20 hours of client contact.

You'll work within a clinical community that values teamwork and growth, supported by administrative teams, credentialing, scheduling, and marketing services.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Georgia — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based mental health care to clients via telehealth and in‑person sessions.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and maintain regular client contact.
• Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in ongoing consultations and supervision.
