Job summary

Thriveworks in Charlotte, NC seeks licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay, paid orientation, and a supportive environment.

We welcome LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, or licensed psychologists licensed in NC to join a clinician-led team with ample development opportunities, flexible scheduling, and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, or licensed psychologist in NC.
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Charlotte, NC.
• See 15–21 sessions per week.
• Maintain high-quality care in line with Thriveworks standards.
