Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Brookline, MA. You will join a clinician-led team with robust administrative support, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing help, enabling you to focus on patient care.

The role requires MA licenses (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW, PhD) and a commitment to 15+ sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability, seven days a week. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with MA licenses (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) or PhD and able to practice in MA.
• Experience delivering mental health care via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Ability to handle diverse clients including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Brookline, MA.
• Maintain a full caseload with weekly availability of 20 hours and at least 15 sessions.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and use EHR tools to document care.
• Support clients toward measurable progress and engage in ongoing training.

About The Role

• Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts — LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $66,500 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
