Job summary

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Athens, GA. This clinician-led organization supports your ability to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a large client base.

Eligible candidates are independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Georgia, with at least 15 sessions and 20 hours of weekly availability. The role includes bi-weekly pay, 401(k), PTO, CEU reimbursement, and ongoing professional development.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

Compensation

Up to $52,100.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
