Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our Cypress, TX clinics. You will deliver safe, effective laser hair removal care and educate clients on pre/post-care and treatment expectations, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their journey.

You will maintain accurate medical records, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with clinicians and front desk teams to support scheduling and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Excellent communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to educate clients clearly while maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Commitment to safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in aesthetics and helping clients achieve confidence.
• Willingness to assist with onboarding and training of new providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure safe results.
• Document treatments and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.

Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

Requirements:
