Job summary

Target Optical in Cincinnati is seeking a Licensed Optician for a part-time role. You will deliver the Target Optical Way, ensure a friendly guest experience, fit and dispense fashionable frames, and collaborate with the doctor and host.

You will follow merchandising programs, maintain accurate transactions, and help guests see clearly for less with a great value. This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, state licensing as required, and 1+ year in retail or customer service.

Qualifications

• Licensed as required by state.
• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service.
• Basic Computer Skills required.
• Selling skills and a drive for results expected.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals through strong Guest Experience.
• Ensures simple, fun, in-style fashion experience via Playground Rules.
• Attracts guests daily and builds brand awareness.
• Maintains a professional partnership with the Target Optical doctor and host.
• Fits and dispenses fashionable product accurately for guests.
• Follows policies, trainings, promos, and completes sales transactions correctly.
• Ensures accuracy in all transactions/interactions with guests.
