TK Health seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional for a part-time role in Coles County, Charleston, IL. You will assess, evaluate, and coordinate mental health care for incarcerated patients, guiding crisis interventions and individualized treatment plans while collaborating with medical and correctional teams.

The position offers 14 hours per week with pay at $50.00–$52.00 per hour, providing meaningful clinical work that complements other commitments and supports continuity of care for

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work, clinical psychology, counseling, psychiatric nursing, or a related behavioral health field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current applicable Illinois behavioral health licensure is required, such as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other qualifying professional license.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and coordinate mental health care for incarcerated patients.
• Conduct crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments.
• Provide substance use and MAT counseling.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and release plans.
• Coordinate care with medical, correctional, and behavioral health staff.
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
• Discharge and release planning; connect patients with community resources.
