Responsibilities

• Provide professional, individualized massage therapy based on each client's needs and goals.
• Perform therapeutic, orthopedic, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, TMJ, and relaxation-focused treatments as appropriate to your training and experience.
• Communicate with clients to understand their concerns, goals, and treatment needs.
• Educate clients on their body's needs and appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room.
• Help maintain a welcoming and professional studio environment.
• Rebook clients and assist with maintaining client continuity and retention.
• Maintain professional boundaries and a high standard of client care.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to continue developing clinical and hands-on skills.
