Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a friendly Massage Specialist in Edmond, OK for a part-time role. You will greet clients, tailor massage therapies to their needs, and build lasting relationships while maintaining strict sanitation standards in line with state laws and spa policies.

You will also promote services, participate in trainings, stay current with trends, and contribute to a team-focused spa environment. CPR/AED and First Aid are required, prenatal training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Applicable education, licensure and credentials to perform massage therapy.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Prenatal Massage Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the clients needs.
• Initiate, develop, and maintain personalized relationships with clients.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Promote and sell massage therapy services and treatments and encourage repeat business.
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Other duties as assigned.
