Beltone Hearing Center in Charlotte/Lake Norman/Piedmont area seeks a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (part-time) to join our growing team serving the Charlotte region. Flexible 2–5 days per week across multiple locations with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license to dispense hearing instruments or Audiologist meeting state requirements
• 2+ years of experience in dispensing, fitting, and programming hearing aids

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and deliver personalized treatment recommendations
• Perform fitting, programming, and dispensing of hearing aids and accessories
• Educate patients on hearing health and guide them through the care journey
