Job summary

Adecco is seeking a compassionate Licensed Counselor for a part-time role in behavioral health. You will work with individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges, providing assessments, counseling, crisis support, and individualized treatment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT, or related field.
• Active professional license required (LPC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent).
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Experience with crisis stabilization, SMI, substance use, or co-occurring disorders is a plus.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group counseling services.
• Complete behavioral health assessments and treatment planning.
• Support individuals in mental health crises and substance use disorders.
• Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to care.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as needed.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical and case management teams.
• Connect patients with appropriate resources and levels of care.
