Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in North Naples, Florida, is seeking a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our physician-led geriatrics practice.

Minimum of three years of healthcare social work experience is required, with geriatric case management and dementia knowledge preferred.

We are hiring a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our growing physician-lead geriatricspractice.

Compensation: $45,000 - $51,000 per year

commensurate with experience (includes base + bonus + incentive)

What you will need:
