Job summary

Commonwealth-Medical-Services is hiring a part-time Clinical Psychologist in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role offers a guaranteed daily rate and W-2 employment with accrued PTO and eligible health, dental, and vision insurance options.

You’ll conduct one-time assessments for veterans to assist with disability claims, in a low-stress setting, typically seeing 1–3 veterans daily. You’ll review records electronically on a secure platform with full training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology and licensure (or eligibility).
• Experience conducting clinical assessments preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-time assessments for Veterans to support disability claims.
• Maintain a low-stress, limited-patient schedule (1-3 veterans/day).
• Review records and complete assessments electronically.
• Utilize provided technology, training, and clinical support.
