Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor for our Suburban Outpatient Pavilion. This part-time position involves counseling across age groups, with a focus on mental health, psychosocial care, and collaborative treatment planning.

Must hold PA licensure (LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, LPC or LMFT) and have at least two years of experience as a primary therapist. Sign-on bonus prorated and excellent benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Must be licensed in PA: LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, LPC or LMFT.
• Two years of mental health experience as primary therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsels individuals, couples and families on mental health concerns.
• Completes biopsychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Develops and leads group psycho-educational programs.
• Performs documentation in the electronic health record and participates in team duties.
