Job summary

Diamond Accelerator is seeking a Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Practitioner for a part-time position in Alpharetta, GA. The role involves performing advanced aesthetic and laser treatments, building personalized plans, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate holds active Georgia Aesthetician and GCMB laser licenses, 1–2+ years in medical spa settings, and a strong knowledge of skincare and device safety.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Aesthetician License.
• GCMB-issued Georgia Assistant or Senior Laser Practitioner License.
• 1–2+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or similar clinical setting.
• Strong skincare knowledge and device safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic and skincare treatments, including HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal, and laser resurfacing.
• Conduct client consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare, treatment options, aftercare, and product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the medical director and other providers on comprehensive treatment plans.
• Follow all safety standards and Georgia cosmetic laser regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
• Recommend and sell appropriate treatment plans, packages, memberships, and skincare products.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and practice events.
