Qualifications

• Demonstrated teaching excellence in higher education;
• Demonstrated ability to mentor students and/or emerging professionals;
• Additional professional experience beyond the required amount in advertising, journalism, public relations, or sports media.

Responsibilities

• Teach JLMC 2010: Reporting and Writing for the Mass Media.
• Teach two 3-credit sections of the course for majors in advertising, digital storytelling, journalism, public relations, and sports media.
• Develop and assess student reporting, interviewing, research and AP style assignments.
