Job summary

About the Opportunity

The Multidisciplinary Graduate Engineering (MGEN) unit, within the College of Engineering, invites applications for the Adjunct Faculty position to teach selected graduate courses for the multidisciplinary master’s degree programs in Miami, Florida. The MGEN unit seeks to produce more effective software engineers who are substantially more capable than ever of addressing the needs of digital society in terms of time, cost, and quality. The unit accomplishes this by revolutionizing the way software is designed and evolved over time, treating software as a systems‑engineering challenge rather than a coding problem.   • Teach selected graduate courses within the multidisciplinary master’s degree programs.
  • Prepare lectures, course materials, examinations, and evaluate student performance.
  • Develop and deliver content for the MS in Information Systems program, which includes application engineering and development, engineering big‑data systems, and engineering secure software systems.
