California State University San Marcos is seeking a part-time lecturer to teach BUS 324: Introduction to Business Analytics for Fall 2026. The course will be offered in-person at the Southwestern College Campus, Chula Vista, with Day/Time TBD and a session from 5:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in business administration or related field and current analytics industry experience. Preference is given to those with a doctorate and prior four-year university teaching

Qualifications

• A master's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• Active current industry experience in an analytics-related position.
• California residency is a condition of CSU employment.

Responsibilities

• Teach BUS 324: Introduction to Business Analytics for Fall 2026.
• Develop course materials, assessments, and grading standards.
• Advise and mentor part-time students; coordinate with the College of Business Administration.
