Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or closely related field by the time of appointment.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management.
• Professional or teaching experience in project management, supply chain management, operations management, or related areas.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or similar systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to teach complex technical concepts to graduate business students.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and engagement with a diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Teach OM 637: Advanced Project Management to graduate business students.
• Lead discussions, develop applied coursework, and assess student performance.
• Incorporate case studies, authentic data sets, and project-based learning into coursework.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align with the MS in Supply Chain Analytics program.
