Part Time Leasing Professional (Lease Up) - The Cortesin at Eilan

This position offers a part-time role at 24 hours per week, with weekends required (Saturday & Sunday). The hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $18.00, with potential additional compensation based on performance and role specifics.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting leasing activities to meet community occupancy and revenue goals, including touring prospects, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins.
• Inspecting apartments before move-in and coordinating maintenance needs.
• Implementing marketing strategies to attract residents, including online advertising and referral programs.
• Using property management software to track leasing activities and resident data.
• Maintaining show units and community standards to ensure appeal.
• Following up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and encourage lease renewals.
• Supporting lease renewal processes and addressing resident concerns promptly.

Qualifications include:

• Necessary licenses and certifications as required by local laws.
