Peak Made in State College area is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to be the front-line sales professional, driving occupancy and revenue through a world-class resident experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You'll convert leads across phone, online and in-person visits, deliver impactful tours, follow up promptly, and maintain pricing, availability and market knowledge while hitting leasing goals and maximizing community revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven success achieving sales/ leasing targets.
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage).
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.
• Timely follow-up and personalized tours to satisfy prospects.

The Part-Time Leasing Consultant will serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community and will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. This role requires a motivated closer who will provide a world-class experience to residents and thrives in a fast paced, team-based environment.

• Provide excellent customer service and serve as an example to your team as a representative of Peak & your community


• Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect


• Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals

Community Operations Support

• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits


• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data


• Support office presentation and model readiness

  • Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
  
  
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
  
  
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
  
  
  • Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
  
  
  • Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
  
  
  • Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
