Responsibilities

• Lead the HEART styling experience on the floor.
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week and ensure customers are seen and connected with.
• Maintain a warm, fashion-forward presence on the floor.
• Follow policies and manage employee purchases per policy.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART experience for customers.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and standards.
• Contribute to sales and store goals.
