PART-TIME Lead Security Officer - $17.50+/hr - Merrimack, NH

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. Our Patrol Security Officer positions help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Pay Rate: $17.50+/hr

Schedule: Sunday through Tuesday, 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm (24 hours)

*This position is for one of our retail mall client sites. We have another mall location in South Nashua, NH that has frequent opportunities to pick up extra hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams.
• Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols, always maintaining a safe and respectful approach.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong customer service skills and prior experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
