UltaCare Medical is seeking an on-site Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide psychotherapy to nursing home residents on a part-time basis (three days a week). We handle billing and credentials, allowing you to focus on talk therapy and patient care in a supportive environment.

The role requires a Master’s in social work, an active LCSW license, and comfort working with geriatric populations; independence in a facility setting is encouraged, with a mission to uplift senior care.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited university.
• Active LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience working with the geriatric population is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with facility staff and administration to provide an integrated patient experience.
• Document visit notes within 24 hours of the visit.
• Provide psychotherapy to patients and occasionally to their families.
