Job summary

BetterCare Wellness is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to provide individual psychotherapy to older adults in partner senior living communities in Charlotte, NC. This on-site role offers flexibility and strong administrative support to clinicians who value meaningful clinical work.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with care teams while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active LCMHC license in North Carolina (required).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently within community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to older adults in senior living communities.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with community staff, families, and care teams.
