Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.
• Dust mop and damp mop resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, sitting and lobby areas, and other areas as assigned.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash and soiled linen.
• Mix and handle chemicals in a safe manner.
• Strip and refinish floors, clean and shampoo carpets, wash walls, and clean blinds, as assigned.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Collect and sort soiled linen, load/unload washing machines, fold clean linen, and deliver laundry to units.
