Regency Pacific in Spokane, WA is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide to assist with laundering resident clothing and facility linens. This part-time role covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 1 PM to 9 PM, and involves folding, sorting, and distributing clean linens.

You will follow aseptic techniques, inspect equipment, keep residents' closets organized, and communicate warmly with residents and families. Benefits include health insurance options, PTO, life insurance, and retirement plan,

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills.
Read, write, speak and understand English.
Compassion and interest in working with the senior population.

Responsabilités

Fold and distribute clean linens.
Clean dryer lint screens.
Inspect mechanical lift slings and sling straps for fraying and wear.
Keep residents' closet/drawers orderly.
Minimize infections by following aseptic techniques, including blood-borne pathogens.
Relate and communicate appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees.
Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
