Job summary

Azalea Health & Rehab is seeking a part-time Laundry Associate for day and weekend shifts. Starting pay is $13.65 per hour with weekly pay and a benefits package designed to support staff.

You will sort, wash, dry and fold linens, maintain cleanliness of the laundry area and follow safety guidelines for chemical use. The role emphasizes teamwork and a professional, caring service to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate clearly with associates, patients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Fold and sort clothes and hang on racks by name and number.
• Ensure patient clothes are ready and disrepair is addressed.
• Follow MSDS safety precautions for chemicals used.
• Wash, dry and maintain linens and clothes.
• Keep laundry area clean and equipment properly maintained.
• Promote the image of the System through courteous service.
