Job summary

Original X Productions (OGX) seeks a part-time In-Market Campaign Assistant in Las Vegas to support The FRIENDS Experience: The One in Vegas. You will work with the Marketing & Revenue team on campaigns, activations, market research, and DTC marketing, including vendor events and on-site hosting.

This role requires independence, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with local partners while handling diverse marketing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in advertising/marketing/promotions
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Experience with events or hospitality is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Verify media placements and assess impressions for campaigns
• Support promotional activations and market research
• Engage with hotel concierge and local partners to maintain brand presence
• Assist with on-site events and guest experiences
• Attend industry mixers and maintain local vendor relations
• Serve as local point of contact for M&R team in Las Vegas
