Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
• Working knowledge of commercial dishwasher; power washer; eye wash station; garbage compactor; garbage disposal and commercial cooking equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.

Responsibilities

• The Utility Kitchen Worker ensures cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, including washing dishes and pots, sweeping, mopping, and removing garbage.
