Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Utility Worker for Malone University in Canton, OH. The part-time role supports sanitation and kitchen operations to maintain a clean dining environment in Hoover Commons.

You will wash dishes, maintain work areas, store clean items, assist with receiving and stocking, and help with trash removal. This position offers training and growth in a family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, walking and lifting.
• Previous dishwashing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans by machine or hand.
• Maintain kitchen and work areas in clean, orderly condition.
• Place clean dishes and equipment in storage areas.
• Assist with receiving and stocking product from vendors.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
• Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler.
