Job summary

Chartwells K12 in Canal Winchester Local Schools is hiring part-time Food Service Utility workers to support daily kitchen operations with emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation. Shifts run from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with days varying and online applications accepted.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, and associates may access several benefits as part of the Compass Group family.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability with 10:00 am–2:00 pm shifts.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash tables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and clean containers; steam or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Load/unload and deliver supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies and utensils as needed.
• Adhere to outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
