Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training and any local health certifications as required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training may be required for team members handling alcohol.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic, friendly attitude and strong guest service mindset.
• Able to communicate in English and work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for the line according to recipes and portions.
• Follow prep lists and maintain cleanliness and storage per safety rules.
• Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage and sanitation.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and maintain professional appearance.
• Communicate effectively with team members to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Adhere to PPE usage and safety procedures; monitor for hazards and report issues.
