Job summary

Cabinets To Go in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to help customers design their dream spaces with cabinets, countertops and related products.

You will guide customers with product knowledge, design solutions within budget, create work orders, and coordinate installations to completion while pursuing personal sales goals with the store manager. Excellent customer service and presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred, ideally in home design or related products.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
