Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following the cycle menu; ensure meals appeal and proper portions.
• Deliver food to classrooms for family-style service.
• Purchase food and supplies to support the planned menus.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly.
• Prepare and submit food service reports and temperature logs.
• Attend meetings and participate in drills and training.
