You will assist in pizza, salad, and prep stations, handle cash, and maintain cleanliness across the kitchen. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, prior kitchen experience preferred, and a Food Handler certificate obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Food Handlers certificate obtainable within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and quality food.
• Set up, operate, and shut down daily station assignments.
• Prepare food and serve according to Health and Safety code.
• Learn all menu items prepared at each station.
• Practice proper portion control for consistency.
• Operate kitchen tools safely and clean as required.
• Assist with deliveries and proper storing methods (FIFO).
• Maintain cleanliness at assigned station and throughout kitchen.
• Adhere to DFA policies and report nonconformities.
• Attend required safety and HACCP/SQF trainings.
