ActivStars Athletics is seeking Part-Time Martial Arts Instructors in Apache Junction, Arizona. Instructors will teach children in a structured environment, offering a flexible, well-paid opportunity. Ideal candidates should hold a Black Belt and enjoy working with kids.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to class locations.
• Ideal candidates should have a passion for mentoring young students.

Responsibilities

• Teach martial arts classes for beginner through advanced youth students.
• Create a fun, positive, and structured learning environment.
• Manage student attendance and class check-in.
• Maintain basic class records.
• Encourage participation in ActivStars Athletics tournaments, camps, and special events.

Skills

Black Belt in a traditional forms-based martial art

Familiar with kata or forms

Training in Karate, Taekwondo, Kenpo, Kung Fu

Enjoy working with children and families

Strong technical foundation and leadership skills

Education

Must be 18 years of age or older
