Job summary

Sticky Fingers Cooking OC North is seeking enthusiastic part-time Chef Instructors to lead hands-on cooking classes for kids aged 3–18. Classes run on weekdays from 2 to 5 PM, offering a flexible schedule and meaningful, hands-on learning.

You’ll manage groups of 8–14, arrive early, follow provided curricula, and foster creativity in the kitchen. Must have experience with kids, a ServSafe Food Handler Certification, Mandated Reporter Training, reliable transportation, and be able to pass

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids of various ages.
• Able to teach 1–1.5 hour classes and manage a class of 8–14 kids.
• Willing to arrive 20–30 minutes early and follow curricula.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hands-On Cooking Classes: teach kids to chop, mix, measure, and create healthy recipes.
• Spark Creativity: introduce new ingredients and cultures in an engaging way.
• Stay Organized: prepare for classes, shop for ingredients, and set up kitchens.
• Be the Face of Fun: inspire and encourage kids as they gain confidence in the kitchen.
