Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a Store Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role involves cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You will be a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative mindset to help achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team with daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store.
• Serve as a role model with positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through authentic service.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and store KPIs through local marketing support and ambassadorial duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies including health and safety and inventory management.
• Own stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to drive KPI delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store, at all times.

• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.

• Achieving sales goals and performance metrics & driving the store's success, by being an ambassador and supporting in local marketing effort.

• Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.

• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.

• Take ownership over stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success

• Experience working in a customer-facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential

• Flexible and adaptable, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles
