While in this role, you’ll get the opportunity to support store leadership in different strategic managerial tasks that it takes to successfully run one of our retail locations. DOR Overview: In addition to your role responsibilities, you will be asked to take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR). DOR’s are a set of distinct responsibilities that are assigned to leaders within the store to ensure clarity around execution of work and support development and growth. DOR’s are not a title or position but opportunities for individuals to progress within their role. *Note – DOR’s will rotate.
