Job summary

Northfield Public Schools is seeking a Community School Site Assistant to support K-5 students at Greenvale Park, Spring Creek and Bridgewater Elementary Schools. The role involves assisting with youth activities, literacy skills, social-emotional learning connections, and movement activities.

Hours are up to 12 per week, Monday-Thursday 3-5 with some evenings. Employment is contingent on background check; closing date 08/28/2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist with youth activities including literacy, art, science and movement for K-5 students.
• Support student behavior in collaboration with Club Leader/Teacher and Site Leader.
• Assist with setup/cleanup and other tasks as needed.
