Formación

• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Creating and implementing strategies to maximize team performance in competitions.
• Providing real-time feedback and coaching during games.
• Maintaining accurate player and team records.
• Recruiting new athletes to strengthen the team.
• Mentoring players to develop discipline, teamwork, and respect for the sport.
• Encouraging and motivating athletes to continuously improve their skills.
• Maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and functional playing environment.
