Job summary

Pandora Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) to deliver a world-class shopping experience and help exceed store sales goals. You’ll share product knowledge, style customers, and build brand loyalty while supporting store operations.

The role requires a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) and the ability to stand for extended periods. Training and an assessment are provided after submission of the application.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, engaging demeanor.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available for peak times during promotions and product launches.
