Job summary

Jamesavery is seeking a part-time jewelry sales associate at our Mont Belvieu Crossing location in Houston, TX. You will greet guests, help them select and purchase merchandise, and provide knowledgeable service using in-store tools.

Responsibilities include entering guest data into the POS, presenting jewelry, performing basic repairs, wrapping gifts, and helping achieve store KPI metrics while maintaining clean, organized displays and strong guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or guest service preferred.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with selection and purchase.
• Enter guest data into POS and obtain signatures.
• Present jewelry and manage stock areas after sale.
• Repair, polish or solder jewelry as needed.
• Utilize GUESTS program during interactions.
• Provide product information using in-store tools.
• Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
• Aim for established KPI metrics and support management.
• Maintain store presentation and daily housekeeping.
• Attend required meetings and communicate effectively.
