Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate in Washington state to deliver a world-class shopping experience and exceed sales goals. You will engage fans with product knowledge and build lasting connections, while supporting store operations and mentoring new team members.

The role requires 1+ year of selling experience, strong communication and people skills, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. 20 hours per week preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; availability at least 20 hours per week; may include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50+ pounds.
