You will maintain attractive displays, manage inventory, and help execute promotions while learning the latest fashion trends and fostering a vibrant store culture.

Qualifications

• One year of retail management experience or leadership responsibility.
• Proficient with POS systems to process transactions and manage sales.
• Capable of standing for shifts and handling physical tasks (11–35 kg).
• Strong math skills for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through upselling and promotions.
• Participate in piercing training and maintain a sterile environment while guiding customers.
• Maintain store displays, organize inventory, and support easy shopping layouts.
• Assist Store Manager with team motivation, sharing sales tips, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Represent the brand and stay informed on fashion trends to upsell products.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share purchases on social media to boost visibility.
