Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate for The Mall at University Town Center in Florida. You will deliver a world-class shopping experience, exceed sales goals, and actively engage fans with product knowledge.

You will be part of a team that sustains brand standards, fosters loyalty, and supports store operations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, written and verbal; ability to engage customers.
• Charm and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Base hours up to 12 per week, peak weeks up to 21 (not to exceed 30 hours).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience and surpass sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver a smooth, on-brand store operation.
• Share product knowledge to inspire customer loyalty and engage fans beyond transactions.
• Cross-train across store functions; mentor and support new team members.
• All other duties as assigned.
