Job summary

Pandora is the world’s largest jewellery brand with a store in Erie, PA. We’re looking for a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to deliver a world-class shopping experience and help surpass sales goals.

As a Core Staff member, you’ll share product knowledge, engage fans, maintain brand standards, and support store operations with reliability for 20+ hours per week at Millcreek Mall. Competitive hourly pay ($12–$15) and benefits reflect our commitment to care and development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with customers and build brand loyalty.
• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
