Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor. The position is part-time with Monday–Friday shifts, offering $17.00 per hour and weekly pay. Responsibilities include general cleaning, restroom maintenance, trash disposal, window cleaning, carpet care, and replenishing supplies across client sites.

On-site work and adherence to client specifications are required. Qualifications include a high school diploma or six months of janitorial experience; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or at least 6 months janitorial experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
• Good eye for detail and reliability in housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and manage disposal; assist with occasional heavy equipment.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; spot clean carpets as needed.
• Restock paper products and sanitary supplies; follow housekeeping schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by client scope of work.
