Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Member to join a fast-paced team. You will perform cleaning duties across rooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices, following standard procedures and the building's schedule.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and standing or walking 10–12 hours. We offer a flexible schedule, access to benefits for part-time employees, Quick Pay, cell phone reimbursement, and the KBSPresence timekeeping

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for 10–12 hours.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures in English (Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to schedule and procedures.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, lockers, offices, stairs, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors.
• Clean windows and polished surfaces; dust fixtures and shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms.
• Complete sweep logs.
• Operate and sanitize equipment safely.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures.
• Adhere to safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
